Our commercial team has built retail, warehouse and industrial flex spaces and residential experiences include everything from affordable housing to market rent and encompasses rehab, including historic rehab, to ground up construction. We have a particular specialty in ground-up multi-family residences which are often a mix of affordable and market-rent properties and in many cases work-force developments.
Financial Services
Through our partnership with Comploy and Vertical Insurance we are building the framework that will help enable construction start-ups, including WBE, MEB, and Section 3 general contractors, to participate in larger developments that have historically been out of reach. The Heartland Group, through its financial arm, offers a comprehensive payroll and benefits program, including certified payroll, as well as a full set of insurance offerings including general liability, builder’s risk, bonding and workers comp.
